Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Item must include original packaging where applicable
• Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective, including:

• Earrings
• Beauty / cosmetic products once opened
• Hair products once opened
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Clearance / final sale items

Return Request Process

Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• Wrong item was sent
• Product arrived damaged
• Product arrived defective

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.

After processing starts, cancellation may not be possible.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to decline refund requests involving misuse, excessive claims, suspicious activity, or policy abuse.
